WHAT's Included

  • Bed linen and towels.
  • Gas, electricity and WIFI. 
  • Sky TV - including Sky Sports.
  • Selection of Children's mountain bikes, and one adult bike, all ready to ride and well-maintained .
  • Travel cot and high chair (available on request).
  • Room for one well behaved dog, by arrangement with no extra charge. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on furniture.
  • ​Outdoor dining area with heater, fire pit and gas BBQ. 

MINI BREAKS (minimum 3 nights) AVAILABLE.
EASTER & SUMMER  BOOKINGS (july & august ) ARE WEEKLY - FRIDAY TO FRIDAy.  

Mini Breaks 

Mini breaks during the winter months - Nov, Dec (excl. Xmas & New Year), Jan, Feb & March for a minimum of 3 nights priced @ £175.00 per night.

​​Mini breaks during April (excl. Easter), May, June, Sept & Oct for a minimum of 3 nights priced @ £200.00 per night.

​Booking Information

  • To secure your booking a £150.00 deposit is required.  The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  • For last minute bookings or bookings with less than 6 weeks till  the start of your stay, full payment is required.
  • A maximum of 6 guests only - the third bedroom with bunkbeds is most suitable for children only.  
  • Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday in July & August.
  • Access to the cottage is from 4pm (or earlier if requested and possible). Check out is 10am so we can get the cottage ready for the next guests.  
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping in the cottage.
  • Book direct or through Airbnb.  Booking direct should be more cost effective to avoid added hosting charges.  
  • Repeat guests can receive a 10% discount on weekly (+) stays.
