Now offering wee breaks throughout 2025 including summer. May, June, Sept & Oct minimum 3 nights priced @ £200.00 per night.
Wee winter breaks during Nov, Dec (excl. Xmas & New Year), Jan, Feb & March are a minimum of 3 nights priced @ £175.00 per night.

Booking Information
- To secure your booking a £150.00 deposit is required. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- For last minute bookings or bookings with less than 6 weeks till the start of your stay, full payment is required.
- A maximum of 6 guests only - the third bedroom with bunkbeds is most suitable for children only.
- Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday in July & August.
- Access to the cottage is from 4pm (or earlier if requested and possible). Check out is 10am so we can get the cottage ready for the next guests.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping in the cottage.
- Book direct or through Airbnb. Booking direct should be more cost effective to avoid added hosting charges.
- As a thank you repeat guests receive a 10% discount on weekly (+) stays.
