First floor: Master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite WC. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Both rooms are bright and sunny with dual aspect windows and river views to front. Snug single room with bunk beds - ideal for kids!
Outside: Ample private parking to the front (space for up to 3 cars). Views to River Earn. Enclosed back garden with lawn and flowerbeds and patio area to the living room. Outside covered dining/seating area with heater - sit out whatever the weather! Garden furniture and gas BBQ (inc. gas canister). Spacious garage, with a selection of bikes to use - ideal for storing outdoor equipment.
